About Us
The Maritime Holdings Group of Companies is a privately owned ISM certified management group with offices worldwide. The holdings group includes the following legally constituted companies which have been in business collectively since 1992: – Meridian Ships Managers Inc. (U.S.A.) – Seahawk Asia Ltd. (Hong Kong, SAR) – Seahawk Corporation Ltd. (Panama) – Marine Administrators Inc. (U.S.A.)
We are a multi-lingual management group, with broad knowledge in all areas of cruise liners, passenger ferries and other vessels’ operation, conversion and new building. The company is comprised of a multi-talented team of professionals experienced in all areas of operations and management of Cruise Vessels and Ro-Pax Ferries, who collectively can provide a range of services unavailable from any other single source.
Our philosophy towards maintenance of a vessel is to care for her as if we own her and spend money on the maintenance, as carefully as if it were our money. The Maritime Holdings Group has been issued Documents of Compliance by Det Norske Veritas in May 1996, by Bureau Veritas in March 2001, by the American Bureau of Shipping (on behalf of Mariser Marine Florida) in 2002, and Germanische Lloyd in 2010.
